Fees for all services are due in full at the time we provide them.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards. We also accept personal checks and cash.
In the case of any returned check, a $30 charge will be applied to the account and we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any payment by check in the future.
We will gladly provide an estimate for any services requested. Estimates are valid for 30 days from date of issuance. Estimates are not guarantees of the cost of services as we cannot perfectly predict all potentialities.
All hours are made by appointment. Please call and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. If you are more than fifteen minutes late for your appointment time, we apologize, but we may need to reschedule your visit for another day due to time constraints.
In case of an emergency, please call us before leaving home so that we may prepare for your arrival and ensure your pet receives the most rapid and thorough medical care possible.
We collect information only so that we may provide medical services to your pet and to contact you as needed for continuing care. We will only provide information to third parties with permission or in compliance with legal authorities.
