Welcome once again to North Shore Veterinary Clinic. We look forward to meeting and getting to know you and your pet. Please use this page as a guide to make your first visit with us as simple and productive as possible. We realize that the north suburbs of Chicago have many excellent animal hospitals and we appreciate the opportunity to provide for you and your furry family members.
Where is North Shore Veterinary Clinic?
- For simplicity and convience, we provide directions with visual landmarks.
- For directions from your home to our hospital using Mapquest.

What forms of payment are accepted?
- We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal check, and cash.
Payment is expected in full at the time we render services.
What should I bring for my pet's first visit?
- Any medical records from your previous vet, records from the adoption agency, or for a new puppy or kitten - any documentation from the breeder.
- Any questions or concerns you have about your pet.
- A stool sample less than 24 hours old. (If it has not been checked recently.)
- And of course, your pet!
